Your files never leave your device. Every frisqoo tool runs inside your browser, so the documents and images you open are never uploaded to us or to anyone else. We do not ask you to sign up, we do not sell data, and we do not build advertising profiles.
1. Your files
Nothing leaves your browser. When you pick a file, it is read into your browser's memory and processed by code running on your own computer or phone. The result is saved straight back to your device. We never receive a copy, so we cannot read, store, scan, or recover your files.
When you close or reload the page, that working copy is discarded.
2. Data we collect
Very little, and none of it identifies you personally.
2.1 Page view counts
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages people find useful. It sets no cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you. Cloudflare processes your IP address to work out an approximate country. What happens to that address afterwards is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy, not ours. We can see totals such as page views, referring sites, and countries, and nothing that identifies an individual visitor.
2.2 Server logs
Our host, Cloudflare, keeps short-lived technical logs of requests to the site, including IP addresses. This is standard for any website and is used to keep the service running and to block attacks. We do not use these logs for analytics or marketing.
2.3 Search performance
We use Google Search Console to see which search terms bring people to the site. It reports on Google's own search results and does not place any code, script, or cookie on this website.
3. Cookies and local storage
We set no advertising or tracking cookies. We use your browser's local storage for two things, and both stay on your device:
- Your light or dark theme choice, so the site looks the same next visit.
- Any tools you bookmark, so your saved list is there when you come back.
Clearing your browser data removes both. Neither is ever sent to us.
4. Translation
Translation is off until you ask for it. If you open the language menu and choose a language, your browser then loads Google Translate, and at that point Google receives the page content and your IP address under its own privacy policy. If you never use it, nothing is loaded and Google is never contacted.
5. The contact form
The form sends us the subject you pick, your message, and your email address if you choose to give one. We use it only to reply to you. How long a message is kept is set out in clause 8.
To stop automated spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that runs in the background instead of asking you to solve a puzzle. Cloudflare processes your IP address, your browser's user agent, and a technical fingerprint of the connection in order to run it. It sets no tracking cookie and does not follow you around other websites. Your IP address is passed to Cloudflare as part of the check and is not stored by us. Cloudflare keeps its own record of the check for a short period under the Turnstile privacy addendum.
Your submission is transmitted to Google, which stores it on our behalf. When we reply, the reply is delivered by SMTP2GO, which handles outgoing mail for our address.
The form does not accept file attachments. If a file is needed to resolve your query, we will request it by email.
6. Advertising
There are no ads on frisqoo today and no advertising code on any page. If that ever changes we will update this page first and say clearly what is running.
7. Who else is involved
We do not sell or trade your data. Three companies are involved, each doing one specific job. Cloudflare hosts the site, counts page views, runs the spam check on the contact form, and routes mail sent to our address. Google receives contact form submissions, stores the mailbox that receives them, and provides translation when you ask for it. SMTP2GO delivers our replies to you.
8. Retention
A contact form message is kept for as long as it takes to answer it and to keep a record of the problem it reported, and is deleted once that purpose ends or once you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Analytics data is aggregate and is held by Cloudflare for 30 days. Server logs are short-lived and are controlled by Cloudflare under its privacy policy.
Indian law requires some records to be held for a minimum period even after a deletion request. Where that applies, we keep only what the law requires, we use it for nothing else, and we erase it as soon as the period ends.
9. Your rights
Because there is no account system and your files never reach us, the only personal data we can hold is a message you have sent through the contact form and the email address you chose to give with it.
9.1 India: Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
You have the right to obtain confirmation of what personal data is being processed and a summary of it, to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or updated, to have your personal data erased, to nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity, and to grievance redressal.
9.2 United Kingdom and European Economic Area: GDPR
You have the right of access to your personal data, the right to rectification and erasure, the right to restrict or object to processing, and the right to data portability. The lawful basis for holding a contact message is our legitimate interest in answering it. The lawful basis for server log data is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site.
9.3 California: CCPA
You have the right to know what personal data has been collected about you, the right to request its deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal data. frisqoo does not sell personal data and never has.
9.4 Making a request
Write to [email protected], or use the contact form and select "Privacy or legal". Tell us the approximate date you wrote to us and the email address you used, so that the right record can be found. Requests are answered within 30 days.
Because we operate no accounts, we cannot verify identity beyond the email address used. A deletion request will be acted on when it is sent from that address, or when it identifies the message precisely enough to confirm it is yours.
10. Grievance redressal
Complaints about the handling of personal data should be addressed to Junaid Baig at [email protected]. Complaints are answered within 30 days. Where a complaint concerns a request made under clause 9.4, please quote the date of that request so it can be matched to the original.
If you are in India and our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, which hears complaints from people who have already raised the matter with us and received either no response or an unsatisfactory one. If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, you may lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority instead.
11. Children
The tools are safe to use at any age, but frisqoo is not aimed at children. Indian law treats anyone under the age of eighteen as a child, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone in that group. We do not track children, monitor their behaviour, or direct advertising at them. If you believe a child has sent us personal data through the contact form, write to [email protected] and it will be deleted.
12. Changes to this policy
This policy may be revised, for example if a service provider changes or a legal requirement is introduced. Any revision will be published on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of it.
13. Consent
By using frisqoo you consent to this privacy policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the site.
