How to extract pages from a PDF

How to choose which pages to keep
Pages are counted from 1, so the first page of the document is page 1. Separate single pages with commas and use a hyphen for a continuous span. For example, 1, 4-6, 10 keeps page one, pages four through six, and page ten (five pages in total) and drops everything else.
To pull everything from a point to the end without counting, leave the second number blank: 5- keeps page five onward. Numbers past the last page are simply ignored, and a backwards range like 9-5 is understood as five through nine, so a small typo will not break anything.
What order do the pages come out in?
The pages you keep always stay in their original document order, no matter what order you tap or type, so the result is predictable. List a page twice and it still appears once, so you can't create accidental duplicates. To rearrange pages into a new order, use Organize PDF.
Extract pages vs. remove pages vs. split
These tools overlap, so pick by what is easiest to describe. Extract pages keeps only the pages you list and drops the rest, best when you want a small selection out of a large file. Remove pages deletes the pages you list and keeps everything else, best when there are only a few pages you want gone. Split cuts one file into several separate files at once. Is there a page or size limit?
No. There is no page cap, no file-size cap, and no paywall. The work happens in your browser, so the only limit is your device memory.
Can I save each page as its own file?
Not here. Extract makes one new PDF that holds all the pages you picked. If you want one file per page, or several files at once, use Split PDF, which opens ready to save every page as its own file.
