Terms of use
Last updated 7 August 2026 · Operator: Junaid Baig, Vaniyambadi, Tamil Nadu, India · Contact: [email protected]
frisqoo is free to use, with no account and no payment. You keep every right to your own files, because they never leave your device. In return, you agree to use the tools lawfully and to accept that a free service is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will suit every job.
1. Definitions
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Junaid Baig, operating as frisqoo. "You" means the person using the Site. "The Site" means the website at frisqoo.com and everything published on it. "The Tools" means the browser-based tools listed on the Site. "Your Files" means the documents and images you open in a Tool.
2. Who these terms are between
These terms are an agreement between you and Junaid Baig, who operates frisqoo, covering the Site and every Tool on it. By using the Site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
3. Cost
frisqoo is provided at no charge. There is no paid tier, no trial, no sign-up, and no usage limit. We may change what the Site offers, add Tools, or retire Tools at any time.
4. Ownership of your files
Your Files remain yours. We never receive them, so we can make no claim to them and we hold no licence over them. Whatever you open, edit, and save stays with you.
5. Permitted use
You may use frisqoo for personal, educational, and commercial work at no cost. You do not need to credit us.
You agree not to:
- Use the Tools on files you have no right to open, edit, or unlock.
- Use the Tools to break the law, infringe someone's copyright, or handle stolen material.
- Attempt to attack, overload, or disrupt the Site, or probe it for weaknesses without asking us first.
- Copy the Site's design, code, or content to pass it off as your own service.
- Use automated systems to scrape the Site in a way that degrades it for other people.
6. Password protected files
Some Tools can remove a password from a PDF when you already know that password, or add one to a document you own. They are there for your own documents. Using them on a file you have no right to access may be illegal where you live, and you are responsible for that choice, not us.
7. Ownership of the site
The frisqoo name, logo, design, written content, and source code belong to us or to our licensors. Several Tools are built on open source libraries, and those keep their own licences. They are listed on our licences page.
8. Warranty
The Tools are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make them accurate and reliable, and we test them, but we cannot promise that every Tool will handle every file correctly, that results will always be exactly what you expected, or that the Site will always be available.
Because everything runs in your browser, results depend on your browser, your device, and the file itself. Very large or unusual files may fail or run slowly.
Always keep your original file. Check the output before you rely on it, delete an original, or send it to anyone. The limits of what the Tools can do are set out in more detail in our disclaimer.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, and subject to clause 8, we are not liable for lost or damaged files, lost work, lost profit, or any indirect loss arising from your use of the Site. If a Tool produces a result you did not expect and you have already deleted your original, we cannot recover it, because we never had it.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Links to other sites
Where we link to another website, we do not control it and we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
11. Severability
If a court finds any part of these terms to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be removed or narrowed to the smallest extent needed to make it valid. The rest of these terms stay in full effect.
12. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. If we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove protections you have under your own local law.
